- Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking -Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your Tracking Number and a link to track your package.The tracking information will be active within 24-48 hours of receiving the email.
- Shipping Restrictions and Limitations -Pincode Serviceability: We reserve the right to cancel an order if your shipping address falls under a non-serviceable pin code. You will be notified and a full refund will be processed promptly.
- Damages, Lost Packages, and Delays - If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at mail@uvarion.in or call at 8714509270. You must include:Your order number.Photographs of the damaged item(s) and the packaging.We will assess the damage and work with you to arrange a replacement or refund, subject to our Returns Policy.(B). Lost Packages -If the tracking shows the package was delivered but you have not received it (Proof of Delivery - POD), please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. If the issue is not resolved, please contact us within 2 days of the marked delivery date. We will open an investigation with the courier to locate the package.(C.) Delivery Delays -We are not liable for delays caused by the courier service. However, we will assist you in tracking your package and escalating the issue with the carrier after the maximum estimated delivery time has passed.
