Warranty and Liability 

Product Warranty: 

The duration of the Guarantee is 2 years for controller & sensors

What is covered ( manufacturing defects & lightning on the controller unit& sensors).

What is NOT covered (damage from improper installation, external, physical breakage, misuse, other environmental issues like flood & fire etc  

The claim process  -Requires original GST invoice &Guarantee card 

Installation & Use Disclaimer: 

The product must be installed by a qualified electrician following the provided manual.

-We are not liable for any damage, injury, or malfunction resulting from improper installation, incorrect wiring, or use with incompatible pumps/starters.

Limitation of Liability: 

 

The company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages (like pump damages due to capacitor failure & winding shortages)
